As a member of the Gourmet Point Reward Program, you will receive Gourmet Points for shopping with us. The Gourmet Point Reward Program is free, and you must register to become a member.
Gourmet Points are earned with each product you purchase on our website. They are credited to your account once your order has been shipped. You can redeem your Gourmet Points for selected products on your account page.
You must also login to your account when you make a purchase, so that the Gourmet Points are credited to your account. If you checkout as a guest, your account will not be credited. Gourmet Points do not have an expiration date. They are a lifetime value!
Gourmet Points are non-refundable, nor can they be exchanged, traded or transferred to another account. The Gourmet Point Reward Program is not available to wholesale.
TIP: If your email address has changed, you do not need to open a new account, or you will lose your Gourmet Points. Just log in to your account, and click on "My Profile". There you will be able to modify your email address.
